Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL) is organized internally into two Centers of Excellence, one of which is the CARE. The CARE is dedicated to providing services in the areas of school improvement, professional development, assessment, and research and evaluation to meet the needs of our clients. The CARE develops and advances the use of research-based knowledge to improve educational, social, and cultural outcomes in the Pacific and beyond.
