Polluted water seeping through endless manmade debris haunts the life-sustaining water lens beneath the island of Guam, searching, taunting, stalking, and ready to devour its next victim.

Good to the last drip—but what now? Living with frustration, fear, pain, disease, filth, and ignorance, man copes with mounting paranoia, seeking remedies for procuring the basic essentials of life. Is there hope?
