The PEC 2009 theme is Preparing the Pacific Child for Life.
PEC 2009 will take place July 15–17, 2009, at the University of Guam, Mangilao, Guam.
PEC 2009 will be cohosted by the Guam Public School System, the University of Guam, Guam Community College, and Pacific Resources for Education and Learning.
