The discount is only applicable to those who are registered to attend the conference. Contact your local Continental Airlines Guam/Micronesia reservation office to make the necessary booking and arrange the ticketing.
At the time of ticketing, you must be able to show a valid picture ID and completed PEC 2008 registration form.
