Winton ClarenceSpecialist Mr. Winton Clarence is a Specialist at PREL, where his duties include working for several programs, as well as handling all matters for PREL at the PREL Kosrae Service Center. His main responsibilities focus on assisting the Kosrae Department of Education (DOE) personnel by providing professional development services to teachers and department staff, and facilitating all regional Bridge Event activities. Mr. Clarence also works for the Parent Information and Resource Center, where he assists school personnel with school improvement activities and helping parents to become more active in their children’s learning. In addition, he serves as the liaison between PREL and the local communities. Mr. Clarence currently provides technical assistance to the Kosrae DOE on its strategic improvement plan. |
