Richard LiEvaluation Specialist Mr. Richard Li is an Evaluation Specialist at PREL. He is responsible for assisting various organizations in assessing the effectiveness of their educational programming. He collects data, analyzes data, writes reports, and makes recommendations to help improve the delivery of educational services in the Pacific region. Prior to joining PREL, Mr. Li worked as a teacher and academic counselor in the Marshall Islands for 3 years. Afterward, he spent 2 years working for a nonprofit organization in Seattle, Washington dedicated to improving college access for low-income, high-potential students. He holds an MA in international education administration and policy analysis from Stanford University, and a BA in anthropology from the University of Chicago.
