Pam Legdesog

Associate Chief Programs Officer

Ms. Pam Legdesog currently serves as PREL’s Associate Chief Programs Officer, overseeing assigned programs and projects at PREL that include various entity contracts, PREL’s Teacher of the Year program, and as PREL’s Service Center Coordinator for entity-based field offices in the region. Ms. Legdesog also provides training and technical services for school improvement. She is currently based at the PREL Guam Service Center.

Ms. Legdesog holds a master’s degree in instructional technology and telecommunications and has extensive experience in science and health education. Prior to joining PREL, she taught high school- and college-level science and health courses in some of the most remote islands in the Pacific. She served as Yap State’s Science and Health Education Specialist for more than 10 years. Ms. Legdesog joined PREL in 1992 as a Program Specialist, providing technical assistance and training throughout the region, and spent the majority of those years in the Yap and Guam field offices.
