Malkeet Singh

Senior Research Specialist

Dr. Malkeet Singh is a Senior Research Specialist for PREL. He develops research designs, conducts statistical analyses, and evaluates local and regional educational programs. Dr. Singh also assists in various science, math, and assessment-related programs for PREL.

Before joining PREL, Dr. Singh served as the Coordinator for the Online Learning Academy (OLA) program at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. He has taught educational research and statistics classes at the UH Mānoa campus, and also taught math and statistics classes at the Windward Community College and at Hawai‘i Pacific University. He was a science and math teacher for 5 years in Singapore. Dr. Singh received his BS (Hon) from the National University of Singapore. He received his MEd in educational psychology, MS in molecular biosciences and bioengineering, and PhD in educational psychology from UH Mānoa.
