Gwen Okamoto

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Gwen Okamoto is currently PREL’s Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for managing and developing financial policies; processes and controls; corporate compliance; contract processing and monitoring; budgeting; financial planning; human resource; and network, computer hardware, and software development and maintenance.

Ms. Okamoto joined PREL in 1992 and previously served in the position of Controller for 15 years. Prior to joining PREL, she was an auditor in public accounting and worked as a controller of a bank. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa and is a certified public accountant.
