Bernadette B. Frank

Ms. Bernadette “Bernie” Biscocho Frank works as the primary support staff for the program director and staff of the Pacific Comprehensive Center (PCC). Duties include collaborating with various Service Center staff for completion of projects. Ms. Frank also supports additional programs as needed, such as Equity and Territories and Freely Associated States Education Grant Program (T&FASEGP). Prior to Ms. Frank’s work at PREL, she worked for Central Pacific Bank for more than 15 years. Ms. Frank’s experience ranges from clerical support work for branch administration to service quality officer, reporting directly to the president’s office of the bank.
