Ms. Zita Pangelinan

Ms. Pangelinan has been a constituent member of PREL’s Board since 2004 and serves as Board Treasurer. She graduated from Notre Dame High School, Guam, and received an Organizational Development Certification, Negotiations, from Harvard, MIT, and Tufts. She worked as an administrator with the Guam Housing and Urban Renewal Authority, human resources director, public relations officer, and marketing director. She served as Executive Director of the Archdiocese of Agana Catholic Schools Governance Board and is a member of the American Staffing Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, the National Business Incubation Association, the Guam Chamber of Commerce, and the Haya Cultural Heritage and Preservation Development Foundation.
