Ms. Andrea Keli'ikanoe Oakland

Vice Principal, State of Hawai'i Department of Education

Ms. Oakland was born in Honolulu, Hawai‘i, and graduated from Kamehameha Schools. She holds a BA in Hawaiian Studies and a Teaching Certificate in Secondary Education from the University of Hawai‘i at Hilo and an MA in Educational Counseling from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Oakland has been Vice-Principal of Ke Kula 'o 'Ehunuikaimalino School and has 10 years of experience teaching in Hawaiian language immersion schools and teaching adult community education Hawaiian language classes. She is Chairperson of School Community Council at Ke Kula ‘o ‘Ehunuikaimalino School and President of the Young Women Auxiliary, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
