Pacific Resources for Education and Learning (PREL) is an independent, nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation that serves the educational community in the U.S.-affiliated Pacific islands, the continental United States, and countries throughout the world. PREL bridges the gap between research, theory, and practice in education and works collaboratively with schools and school systems to provide services that range from curriculum development to assessment and evaluation.

People

People

PREL is governed by a Board of Directors and managed by the President and Chief Executive Officer. Reporting to him are the Director of Business Development; the Executive Directors of PREL’s three Centers; the Director of Research; the Chief Financial Officer; the Director of Special Initiatives/Human Resources; the Director of Planning; and the Director of Policy and the Pacific Comprehensive Center. Together they make up PREL’s Cabinet. The Directors within each of PREL’s Centers work to create and provide resources and products. Many of PREL’s programs utilize Advisory Councils that provide critical guidance and review.
